One: Tomato and Fresh Shrimp Tofu Pot 
 
 
Ingredients: 
 
 
5 large shrimps 
 
1 large block of tofu 
2 tomatoes 
Green onions 
Ginger 
Garlic 
 
Light soy sauce 
Salt 
Tomato ketchup 
 
 
Instructions: 
 
 
Start by cutting the tofu, tomatoes, and cleaning the shrimps. 
Pan-fry the tofu until it turns golden on both sides, then set it aside. 
In the same pan, add a little oil, and sauté the shrimp heads until they turn red. Then, add chopped green onions, ginger, and garlic. Pour in a bowl and a half of water, and remove the shrimp heads. 
Add the tomato pieces, a pinch of salt, a spoon of light soy sauce, and a spoon and a half of tomato ketchup. Finally, add the tofu and shrimp and cook on high for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. 
 
 
Two: Beef and Napa Cabbage Stew with Glass Noodles 
 
 
Ingredients: 
 
 
Napa cabbage 
Glass noodles 
Beef slices 
Dried red chili peppers 
Garlic 
Light soy sauce 
Dark soy sauce 
Oyster sauce 
Salt 
 
 
Instructions: 
 
 
Soak the glass noodles in advance. Cut the Napa cabbage into small pieces and slice the beef. 
Fry the beef in the pan to remove excess oil, then add dried red chili peppers and garlic, followed by the Napa cabbage. 
Add a spoon of light soy sauce, a spoon of oyster sauce, a dash of dark soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined. 
Add the glass noodles and a bowl and a half of water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving. 
 
 
Three: Spicy Garlic Stir-Fried Rice Cake with Old Godmother Sauce 
 
 
Ingredients: 
 
 
Rice cakes 
Baby bok choy 
Chinese sausages 
Eggs 
Light soy sauce 
Dark soy sauce 
Oyster sauce 
Old Godmother sauce 
 
 
Instructions: 
 
 
Boil the rice cakes until soft, then rinse with cold water. 
Fry the Chinese sausages and eggs, then add minced garlic. Add the baby bok choy and stir-fry. 
Add a spoon of light soy sauce, a spoon of oyster sauce, a dash of dark soy sauce, and a spoon of Old Godmother sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. 
 
 
Four: Tomato and Ham Rice 
 
 
Ingredients: 
 
 
1 large tomato 
2 eggs 
1 Chinese sausage 
Light soy sauce 
Salt 
 
 
Instructions: 
 
 
Peel and chop the tomato, slice the Chinese sausage, and beat the eggs. 
Fry the tomato until it releases its juices, then add the Chinese sausage and fry. Add a spoon of light soy sauce, three spoons of water, and salt. Finally, add the eggs and cook. 
 
 
Five: Garlic Vermicelli Baby Bok Choy 
 
 
Ingredients: 
 
 
Baby bok choy 
Vermicelli 
Garlic 
Light soy sauce 
Oyster sauce 
 
 
Instructions: 
 
 
Cut the baby bok choy, soak the vermicelli, and mince the garlic. 
Layer the bottom of a dish with vermicelli, then baby bok choy, and garlic on top. Steam for 10 minutes. 
In a bowl, mix two spoons of light soy sauce and one spoon of oyster sauce. Pour the sauce over the dish before serving.
